I've spent 20+ years inside fast-growing, technically complex companies — from AAA game studios like Riot Games and Wargaming to deep tech leaders like TietoEvry — helping teams scale from early stage through real growth without breaking what makes them good.
I've worked on both sides of that journey: as a founder, and as the person helping leaders find the right people, build hiring systems for startups, develop management capability, and create the accountability structures that make scale actually work. My approach is grounded in organisational psychology and real-world fractional HR experience across deep tech and high-growth tech — practical by design, simple by intention.
The same lens now shapes my work on the human side of robots at work. I'm working on why robot deployments stall for human reasons, and what helps teams work well alongside them.
