FAQ.

What does fractional mean?

Fractional means you get senior-level expertise without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. I work with you on a part-time, retainer basis — embedded enough to understand your business, but flexible enough to scale up or down as your needs change. It's not consulting — there's no report handed over at the end. I'm in it with you, doing the work alongside your team.

Do you work with companies outside of tech?

My background is in tech and deep tech — AI, robotics, SaaS, game development. That's where I do my best work. If your company sits at the intersection of technical complexity and fast growth, we're probably a good fit.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within a week of our clarity call. Engagements start with a short diagnostic so we're solving the right problem from day one.

Do you work with multiple clients at once?

Yes — fractional by design. I typically work with 2–3 clients at a time, which keeps capacity high and attention genuinely focused.

Where are you based and do you work internationally?

I'm based in Sydney, Australia and work with companies globally. I have extensive experience supporting teams across ANZ, Europe (including Eastern Europe), and North America — and I'm comfortable working across time zones and with distributed teams.
